ENG* 263: Women in Poetry3 Credits
(Formerly ENG 220)
This course is a seminar on the lives and work of women poets from 1950 to the present. Students will read, discuss, and analyze poems and explore how they reflect the life and times of the author. Students will demonstrate their understanding of poetry through weekly writing assignments and a longer reserach paper.
Prerequisites: ENG* 101 or permission of the instructor.
