MFG* 106: Computer-Aided Manufacturing I3 Credits (Formerly CAM 101) An introductory course in the utilization of computer technology for the planning, implementation and control manufacturing processes. The process of manual and automated preparation of computer-aided manufacturing systems programs and equipment are studied in preparation for implementing these techniques in a computer-integrated manufacturing environment. This will be accomplished through numerical control programming (CNC) and CAD/CAM interface. Prerequisites: MFG* 111 , CAD* 110 . Offered: Fall
