RDT* 115: Principles and Practices of Radiation Therapy II4 Credits Content is designed to provide the student with the techniques to deliver Radiation Therapy treatments. Course will include psychological and physical needs and factors affecting treatment outcome, theories and principles of tolerance dose, time-dose relationships, fractionation schemes. Also included is a knowledge base in factors that govern and influence the production and recording of radiographic images for patient simulation, treatment planning and treatment verification in radiation oncology. Prerequisites: RDT* 114 Offered: Spring
