Arts Learning Outcomes
By studying the arts, students will:
- Demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills by engaging in the creative process that is unique to music, theater and the visual arts.
- Communicate and cultivate contextual understanding of the arts’ relationship to society, history and culture.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate one’s understanding and knowledge with clarity and persuasively—orally, visually and/or in writing.
Students must earn a minimum of three credits from the following list in order to meet the general education requirement for associate degree programs. |
