HSP* 290: Classical Cuisine

3 Credits
This course provides techniques in the development and presentation of hot, cold, and specialty foods used in competition. Emphasis will be placed on necessary skill development to obtain certification through the American Culinary Federation. Opportunities will be provided throughout the course to network with area chefs and to participate in culinary competitions.
Prerequisites: HSP* 112  and HSP* 103
