HIS* 202: United States History II3 Credits (Formerly HIST 202) The course represents a social, political, and economic survey of the United States from 1877 to the present through an analysis of the growth of transportation, industrialization, urbanization, technology, and imperialism and an analysis of their effects in shaping American thinking and society. The discussion will also feature women’s suffrage, civil rights, and ethnic and minority issues.
